STEP 1: Lay the base plate onto the head of the board & loop the top strap in through the center hole located on the top on the board.
STEP 2: Fasten the side strap by looping them into the ringed straps on one side and then running underneath the board to secure it to the ringed strap on the opposite side.
STEP 3: Place the head pads / support pillows around the patient's head to provide support and prevent movement as to not worsen the existing injury.
STEP 4: Loop in the head & chin straps through the ringed straps on the side and then run over the head pads to secure them to the ringed straps on the opposite side & tightened according to each individual patient.
